‘WaHuwa ala kullishai’inqadeer’ is Arabic for ‘And He (God) has power over all things.” It is a line that appears frequently in the Holy Quran, often forming a part of a verse. This crisp, oft-repeated line is a powerful reminder of Allah (God)’s Control over all affairs of the Universe. It is line that reassures us in stress and humbles us in hoy. Because, after all, Allah Can and Will take care of everything. So, we should not allow sorrow or happiness to overwhelm us.
It is because of the power and frequency of this line that it is very important. You can decorate your home with WaHuwa ala kullishai’ in qadeer wall art print or painting. Or you can gift Wa Huwa ala kullishai’in qadeer art to a loved one.
There are some authentic Hadith that establish the virtues of reciting certain duas of which ‘waHuwa ala kullishai’inqadeer’ is a part.
Ubaadah ibn as-Saamit (RA) narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “Whoever turns over at night and says ‘Laailaaha ill-Allahwahdahulaashareekalah, lahu’l-mulkwalahu’l-hamdwahuwa ‘ala kullishay’inqadeer. Al-hamdu-lillaahwasubhaan-Allahwalaailaaha ill-AllahwaAllahuakbar, walaahawlawalaaquwwataillaBillaah (There is no god but Allah Alone, with no partner or associate. To Him belongs praise and His is the sovereignty, and He is Able to do all things.
Praise be to Allah, glory be to Allah, there is no god but Allah and Allah is Most Great. There is no power and no strength except with Allah)’, then he says, ‘Allahummaaghfir li (O Allah, forgive me)’, or he makes dua, his prayer will be granted. If he does wudoo (ablution) and prays, his salah will be accepted.” (al-Bukhari).
Abu Hurayrah (RA) reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “Whoever says ‘La ilaha ill-Allah wahdahu la shareekalah, lahu’l-mulkwalahu’l-hamdwahuwa ‘ala kullishayinqadeer’ one hundred times in the day, will have a reward equivalent to that of freeing ten slaves, one hundred good deeds will be recorded for him, and one hundred bad deedswill be erased from his record, and it will be protection for him from the satan for that day, until evening comes.
No one could achieve any better than him except the one who does more than he did. Whoever says ‘Subhan Allah wa bi hamdih (Praise and glory be to Allah)’ one hundred times, morning and evening, his sins will be erased even if they are like the foam of the sea.” (Bukhari, Muslim).
The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to say following every prayer, after saying the salaam: “La ilaaha ill-Allahwahdahulaashareekalah, lahu’l-mulkwalahu’l-hamdwahuwa ‘ala kullishay’inqadeer. Allahummalaamaani‘ limaa‘taytawalaamu‘ti lima mana‘tawa la yanfa‘ dhaa’l-jaddminka al-jadd (There is no god but Allah Alone, with no partner or associate, His is the sovereignty and to Him be praise, and He is Able to do all things. O Allah, none can withhold what You give and none can give what You withhold, and no wealth or majesty can benefit anyone for from You is all wealth and majesty).” (Bukhari, Muslim).
Indeed, if you want to adorn your walls, you can do so with a WaHuwa ala kulli shai’ in qadeer wall art printer painting. You can also give WaHuwa ala kullishai’in qadeer art as a gift to a friend.
