How to Prepare

  4. Add two spoons of olive oil to the pan and put the chanterelles, mushrooms, along with some salt and pepper, and let it cook for about seven minutes.

  • Honey
  • 1 cup of sesame seeds
  • ½ cup of dried and ground shrooms

How to Prepare

  • 1 cup of basmati rice

  • 2 spring onions – top part thinly sliced, and bottom part chopped
  • 1 squash cut lengthwise
  • 2 baby carrots
  • 2 cups of kale
  • 5 hakurei of washed turnips
  • 1 teaspoon sherry vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

How to Prepare

  1. In a large pot, add the butter and let it melt. Add the chopped garlic and onion and sauté for a minute.
  2. To this, add the lemongrass, mushrooms, Baharat, along with the rice and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add water to the pot and let it boil. Cover the rice tightly and let it cook for at least 15 minutes. Open when the rice is done and keep aside.
  4. In another pan, add 3 tablespoons of butter and sauté the squash. Add a little water to the butter to avoid burning and wait till the squash cooks completely. Remove and set aside when done.
  5. Cook the turnips and carrots in a similar way using butter and season with salt and pepper before you set aside. Cook the kale lightly in butter and set aside.  
  6. Add sherry vinegar and olive oil to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  7. Shift the rice to a plate and arrange the cooked vegetables on top. Top the rice with the vinegar and olive oil mixture and serve with a garnish of spring onion greens.
