By reframing a stressful situation in a more positive way such as “I am learning a lesson from this”, or “this won’t last forever” you can better cope with difficult times.

People often think they need to make big changes to reduce stress. But, by setting small goals and achieving them you can feel positive momentum that will help you get onto a good wavelength. Even something small like drinking one more glass of water a day can have a beneficial effect.
