White Sugar:

A lot of people love sugar but it is one of the outrageous competitors to unwelcome skin concerns including the most hated skin problem, acne. You may ditch the bacon, sausage, pepperoni, and hotdogs which are all examples of processed meats that can be damaging to the skin. These types of meat contain so much sodium, saturated fats, and sulfite, which can all result in dehydrated skin and weakened collagen by causing inflammation. 

Affordable protein options in a swap of processed meats are eggs or beans. You may also opt for leaner meats like turkey and chicken. These meats contain protein and amino acids that are important in the natural formation of collagen.

Soda and Coffee:

These two culprits have more relation with sleep than our skin. They’re both high in caffeine, and if you drink them from day to night, it may affect your sleep. And if you have poor sleep, it can add up to more signs of ageing, darker eye circles, visible wrinkles, and fine lines. You can do swaps, such as drinking golden milk instead of coffee. Golden milk has turmeric which is high in antioxidants and one of the most effective anti-ageing compounds around.
